Scheme limits
In reviewing the finanical limits that apply to schemes the Board of Directors of NIPF have decided the following increased limits will apply to grants from 1 April 2010.
Disability Support and Bereavement Support Schemes. Maximum Individual Grant: £7,000 Awards above this threshold will only be considered where there is clear evidence that the client has no disposable, or a negative disposable, income and no savings where grants can be made up to £9,500 depending on circumstances and at Board Discretion
Carers Respite breaks - £325 per break for each of 2 breaks per year
Educational Bursaries - Primary /Secondary Education: £325 per child per annum for year.
Tertiary Education excludes professional training whilst employed).

£1,200 – For students living at home while attending a recognised tertiary course other than at university or equivalent

£2,350 - For students living at home at university or equivalent

£3,500 - For students living away from home at university or equivalent
Chronic Pain management programme - No upper limit but normal grants of regular interventions limited to £2250 per annum subject to Board and specialist approval
